Convenient & Accessible
I provide face-to-face counselling sessions at the Hervey Bay and Maryborough Neighbourhood Centres, offering a welcoming and safe environment for your sessions.
For those who prefer or require online support, I also offer telehealth counselling via Zoom. This flexible option allows you to access counselling from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are.
Wherever we meet, my focus remains the same: providing you with a supportive and personalized approach to help you navigate life’s challenges and work towards your goals.
A little about me.....
I live in the beautiful Hervey Bay, where I enjoy all the natural beauty and community it offers. I share my life with my partner, Allie B, and our spoilt fur kids, Mr. Berkely and Leo. I have raised a wonderful daughter, who, like me, has chosen a career in health.
I have 25 years of experience in the health sector, the last 7 have been focused on Counselling and Health Coaching. My approach to Counselling is influenced by my own lived experiences with mental health, combined with my professional training and postgraduate qualifications. I take a practical, fun and down-to-earth approach with my clients, focusing on strategies that are realistic, meaningful, and achievable.
I am particularly passionate about suicide prevention and have completed comprehensive training to support individuals experiencing suicidal ideation. In addition to my private practice, I volunteer as a Crisis Support Worker for Lifeline and contribute my time to various local charities in Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
Improving the lives of people in my community is at the heart of everything I do. Whether through professional Counselling or volunteer work, I am deeply committed to making a positive difference.
